Capital Investor Services (CIS) was established to address this gap.

Led by David M. Dornbos, MA, MBA, CIS brings more than four decades of experience across development, construction management, public-private redevelopment, and asset repositioning through multiple market cycles. The firm focuses on helping owners, investors, and communities reposition underperforming real estate assets and align them with current market conditions, restoring performance, usability, and long-term value.

Capital Investor Services also works in coordination with nonprofit and public-sector initiatives where appropriate, including mission-driven redevelopment efforts focused on long-term community stability.

This includes collaboration with nonprofit partners engaged in affordable housing, adaptive reuse, and community infrastructure development, where alignment between public objectives and private execution is essential.
