David Dornbos is the President of Capital Investor Services, Inc. (CIS, Inc.). David’s firm specializes in providing counseling and brokerage services to existing owners of underperforming commercial real estate properties and to new investors considering commercial real estate investing for the first time.

With over 4 decades of progressive experience in commercial real estate, David’s unique background includes experience in executive management within several governmental agencies and has held various executive management positions within national corporation firms and has been the owner and operator of several small businesses.

David has structured the mission of Capital Investor Services, Inc. to provide affordable resources and services that are individually tailored to meet the specific needs of each property owner to maintain profitability and to help clients grow asset value in our Post-Covid market environment. David is passionate about focusing his experience and highly diverse resource base to help resolve problems and improve the lives of his clients.
